Job description:
- Budgeting support:
- Interpreting all project elements (written and drawn parts),
- Drawing up bills of quantities,
- Taking project measurements,
- Composing prices and budgets,
- Support purchases:
- Preparing detailed drawings and measurements so that it is possible:
- Quantifying and ordering materials,
- Carrying out consultations, comparative maps and awarding subcontracts,
- Support Production:
- Making detailed drawings and taking the necessary measurements:
- Drawing up monthly measurement records relating to the invoicing of the work,
- Checking the records of subcontractors;
- Execution of proposals for extra work,
Requirements (Professional Profile):
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferred),
- Technical course in civil construction, budget measurer, or draftsman/preparer,
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS-Project; AutoCad
- Knowledge of design, measurements and budgets,

Civil Engineer/Architect (M/F)
Project management:
Job description:
- Manage all the resources allocated to production (human, material and economic resources),
- Drawing up work plans, defining objectives, mitigating deviations, drawing up monthly reports
- Interpreting the project and checking for discrepancies between the project and the budget,
- Carrying out the monthly work measurement records;
- Make alternative technical proposals and proposals for extra work
- Carry out the necessary drawings and measurements to support production, in order to:
- Quantifying and ordering the materials needed for in-house production,
- Carrying out consultations, comparative maps and awarding subcontracts,
- Checking and approving subcontractors’ measurement records;
- Implementing quality control procedures, ensuring that tests, trials and reports are carried out, as well as managing the document process,
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations on site.
Requirements:
- Academic training and previous experience:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture,
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS-Project; AutoCad
- Knowledge of design, measurements and budgets,

- In production, in particular:

- Check for discrepancies between the different parts of the project
- Check for discrepancies between project and budget,
- Obtain the necessary clarifications to make the various elements of the project compatible, particularly between architectural, structural and specialty projects,
- Developing alternative proposals to what is recommended,
- Production of the detailed drawings required for production,
- Supporting the purchase of materials and the hiring of subcontractors and workers,
- Drawing and Preparation (drawing up all the detailed drawings to identify, characterize, quantify, order, prefabricate and apply the materials on site),
- Measure all materials, auxiliary or otherwise, required for production or assembly on site,
- Making price inquiries to support purchases,
- Technical and economic control of the work:
- Monitoring the progress and execution of the work
- Taking the necessary measurements to support production in order to:
- In the economic management of the work:
- Support for planning and controlling the physical progress of the work,
- Support for billing control and management of the contract and the various subcontracts, namely:
- Execute own measurement records;
- Checking and approving subcontractors’ measurement records;
- Quality and safety management on site:
- Supporting the implementation of document control procedures relating to Quality, Environment and Safety,
- Ensure the execution, management and control of final screens,
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations on site.
Academic/Professional Skills:

- Knowledge of:

- Previous experience:
